Carp in PHX?

I know its been a warm winter in Tucson, so that could only mean PHX is warmer.

I am thinking of taking a day and heading up there to try to get some carp on a light rod, Anyone know of a good clear pond or anything small that I might be able to pull a couple out?

Would also love to have a beer with someone at Seamus McCafferys, or Rosie McCafferys
