I think I may bring my hunting pack with a propane heater tucked in it. Set it up on the bank and charge a dollar a minute for heat. Or maybe trade flies for time in the warmth. Hmmm Hmmm (strokes goatee)

A thermos of hot coffee, with Baileys, and those packet hand-warmers.

Thats a good Idea Bighand I was just thinking about how when your standing in the water waiters squeeze your legs really hard. I'm sure thats pushing all the blood right out of your feet for sure. I think I will stay on dry land most of the day. Its funny to me, seeing people standing in the river. I hardly ever find it is needed. Not only that I would think you scare alot of fish that way but mabe I'm just used to my small stream fishing.

I ran over to Sportsman's Warehouse here in ABQ on Wed to get some more hooks (sz 22 nymph) and whikle there also got me a pair of wading liner/pants which are 400wt fleece with sturrips so wont ride up legs, real nice and should be real warm if under my normal fishing pants and waders. Best part was they were only $25. But trying to tie up some flys like size 18 or 22 griffith knat and other small midges but I really suck at these small ties. I mean if they are a bug that needs a hackle I have poor skills at holding or wrapping (palmering) when they are so small. maybe ought to take $100 and just go buy a bunch of the needed San juan flies, cause i sure as h#ll cannot tie up a 100.

The water is the warmest place to be when it is 7 degrees.
And the braids are SO much fun
