Algae Bloom (Canyon and Saguaro)

Is there any talk or research to get rid of the algae bloom that is killing Canyon and Saguaro. I have watched the bass spawn and the April conditions at both Canyon and Saguaro deteriorate progressively the last few years.

I know a few years ago they had to drain the lake to get rid of it but is there new technology and research? I'm so surprised that there isn't more concern or a plan from Fish and Game. I was on my paddle board Tuesday and there were many shad and crawdads floating dead in Butcher Jones.

Did you call Game and Fish? I'm as surprised as you that there isn't more concern or a plan.

I didn't yet... I just assumed that there would be something published but I haven't seen anything.
