I ended up buying 5 of these rods for my boat Love Them 1-230 grain 2- 290 grain and 2-330 grain. Great rods. They cast very large flies with ease and accuracy. Sage Bass II

Most bass I catch are on a 3wt at Canyon Lake. This one in the picture is my 2wt. Threw a small Tarantula fly up against the cat tails. I was just wanting to catch some bluegills. He didn't hit it hard, just slurped it up, was 3.52lbs. Oct. 4 2017. 2 days before back surgery. Haven't fished since, still healing. Should be fishing by spring of this year.
