Kelly Meyer

I am very sad to pass along that Kelly Meyer has passed away.

As a both a member here and employee of AZDGF, he has been a great source of information and an advocate for our fisheries.

This is a big loss.

Condolences to his family and coworkers.

We talked about Kelly's passing at tonight's TU board meeting. He affected everyone who has stood up for fisheries conservation on a personal level and indirectly had a positive impact on anglers statewide. A major loss to our fishing community.

Kelly

I was told that Kelly died of a massive heart attack. Sad, sad loss to us all. He was not only a good friend to the fishing community but a good person as well. I worked with Kelly on fishing matters for quite a few years and he always cared about improving the fishing, whether he was with the WMAT or AZG&F. He was way too young to leave us.
