So I guess you don't want to sell out then.

Thanks guys.
I do appreciate all the kind words, and I'm VERY glad I was wearing boots yesterday. I'm a bit confused, given the initial post, but you guys can find hidden meanings in just about anything. Good Luck! Buddy |

I'm here lurking in the nether world of post traumatic flyfishing burnout. Glad to say the 12 step recovery is going well and I'm on the mend!!! Appreciate your concern!!

I'd never make it past the First Step in such a program.
Too much emphasis on fishing? Sorry. This is a Healthy Vice, we all take it too far at times, but that is the nature of the beast. Hail to Mr. Smith, he's the sharpest of a bunch of dull blades. |

Do I win a prize? A sharper blade knocks down more grass. So dont go telling my wife, or she'll make me mow the lawn.

Your prize is our undying admiration.
El Hombre Libre, elusive a character he may be , though, is served notice: El Lino Tighto has you in his crosshairs. Where and how will the retaliation occur? A simple bribe to the Navaho Dam operators, a quick river flush at the most inopportune time? "Surf's Up, Moondoggie" and blurt out a quick greeting to your friends in Bloomfield about 2 hours post tsunami on your way downstream. |

Guys,
It was an April Fools prank. Please forgive On The Fly! He just played along for the fun of it. I don't have a large gamblig problem. I still have a home (at least until they find me). My dog still loves me (she's just a mutt, not worth selling off). My family still lets me eat (peanut butter isn't too bad, but three meals a day DOES get old-on Sunday they let me have BREAD!). I might get to go fishing once before I head north (I can borrow a rod from Paul...). Things are pretty much as 'normal' as my life ever gets. Donations are still appreciated...send them to Don, he'll know what to do with them.... Good Luck! Buddy |

I was just about to send a parting gift of box of flies (hand-tied).

Well done! And to think I was concerned that in Chip's absence, we might not have another. A refresher from last year: http://www.azflyandtie.com/flyforum/...read.php?t=265 Don't forget to play along next year. ![]() And Buddy/Don - I wan't my 2 cents back. ![]() |
