Wind bothers me much more when I am stream fishing than lake fishing. When I'm in a tube in stillwater I just deal with it.
When stream fishing it really becomes a problem with presentation. I've been at Canyon Creek several times where the wind was howling through that Canyon so bad that you couldn't keep a fly on the water.
At the same time, those burned out Rodeo/Chedesky trees are falling all over the place....very scary.

LOL ya I have been pretty close to a tree when it decided to fall out there. Good thing I use to do alot of tree tippin when I was a kid so I knew what the sound was right away.
