I finally tied up some Purple Luigi and was planning on testing them at SC this winter. I need to get that done. I might just let you all know if something good happens.

The Sunrise Special, the Arizona Peacock Lady, the Simi Seal Leech, and Lon's Grinch are my favorites.

Copper Johns, APL is glorified Fore 'n Aft - peacock body with golden tippet tail, white rear and brown front hackle. Dunno Sunrise Special.

Montana Nymph

NO!

It's very simple though.

Red Tail (hackle, pheasant crest)
Peacock Herl body
Brown hackle.

Here's one with with red pheasant crest for the tail.
