What did you get for Christmas?

I'll start...got another 8wt reel so I can have fully rigged sinking and floating setups. No taking time to change out. Just pickup and cast.

Redding ton form game practice rod

It's pretty fun to be able to cast in the living room.

Two pair of really nice socks to keep my old boney feet warm in the cold weather. Don't need any more fishing gear.

I got some really cool skewers for doing shish kabobs, another book/novel to read (yes it is an old-school paperback), 2 shirts for work, and announcement; another grandchild in the oven.

My sweet wife brought the flu back from her business trip and although my fishing buddy's temperature was pushing 103 most of the day, she was a happy little sick girl with a big satisfied smile.
My wife is happy, therefore, I am. Descartes quote mutilated in honor of Steven hawking's announcement that philosophy is dead.

A Sage travel humidor, sink tip and full sink for 5wt and a lanyard. Not sure if I can handle all that stuff hanging from my neck so it may get exchanged. Lots of nice thoughts from the wifey.
