First time fishing Sedona, advice?

I've never fished Oak creek and am heading up with the Mrs this weekend. Plan on hitting the c&r area and above grasshopper. She's really green with a fly rod and I'm worried it might be a bit much but she's insisting (she's only used it 4 days total). I also am a bit clueless.

I have stimulators, CJs, PTs, SSLs, WBs, BWOs, stimulators, parachute hoppers, Adam's, SJs, and the other popular ones.

Anything I should try first? Is there a morning/midday/afternoon methodology?

Fish act similar to creeks around the mogollon rim?
