Amazing work, you should be doing some illustrations for books and magazines with skills like that.

amazing watercolors! makes me want to give watercolor another break ( i typically cant stand working in that medium)

have you done any pieces that are not just the fish on a stale white picture plane?

i ask because I really think the image of the cropped brown is the most captivating because it allows your eye to move about the entire piece.

nonetheless amazing paintings, cant wait to see more

I promise the paper was fresh, not stale. I only use the finest ingredients.

Seriously though, I know what you're saying. I did those two close-up paintings (Brown and Rainbow) and I think they are the most artistic and aesthetically pleasing. That last brown was painted to order for someone, so again just a white background. I just finished one for someone else on the site, though, and it's a whole grip-and-grin scene with angler background and everything. I think it's pretty good.

Thanks guys.

I just talked to Brando, the AZFATer who commissioned the painting, last night. I'll be delivering it Friday morning and may get to posting a picture of it then as well.

I don't have a website yet, but one of the services I guide with has some pics on thier site: www.utflyfishing.com put your mouse over "extra stuff" on the top and there will be a dropdown that says "Tim's Paintings". They have some of the pictures up there.

By the way, since I'm coming down to Arizona, if anyone wants a print of any of these paintings, send me an email or PM and I'll hit you back with prices and I'll bring it down with me.
