july 30 2012 - fotw contest -

tie any fly you like using the fewest materials you can. hook and thread do not count as materials. you CANNOT tie a zebra or thread midge. head cement will count as a material. it certainly can be done w/ one material, but I'll allow two. no more. have fun - get creative.

Does the fibers from a feather count as 1 feather or as multiple fibers?
