Thank-you, had not seen that one before.

Sliding the bamboo rod out of its tube brings back a lot of memories...such pleasure derived from the little things associated with fly fishing.

Nice little nostalgia trip. Fished lots of places like that when I lived in Michigan back in the 60's and 70's.

I lived in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan for five years back in the late 1970's and early 80's. Nobody ever writes about the fishing or hunting there. There's a reason. Everyone that knows about it doesn't want anyone else to know about it. Yes, it's that good. No, that's a lie, it's terrible.

I loved the part at 10:50 when he's slogging through the water wondering why he's a frustrated fisherman in his 50's that hasn't caught a fish. Priceless! LOL!
