NM values a Heritgae species

New Mexico changed a fishing regulation to the take of unlimited European Brown trout above a Rio Grande Cutthroat fish barrier. I wrote an email explaining the issue to NM and TU 2 years before NM changed the regulation. This is a very small step to showing how NM values a HERITAGE species.
