need advice on scissors

All of mine are old, dull and coated in glandular trichromes.
What are your favorite types and where do you like to buy them?
Would love to get opinions on the best types for different materials.....

Gonna' try a pair of Dr. Slick's style of tungsten carbide serrated blades if I can find a pair with adjustable tension.......otherwise am stuck with the stylin' gold handled ones I have now, which aren't too shabby. That should be two cents worth right there.

Check out surgical instrument supply sources for factory seconds/student quality items. May open up a whole new world of possibilities and ideas; will likely be too much fun. The video magnifying spectacles with zoom normally for micro surgeries (transmitting like Bluetooth and saves what you see) have captured my gimmee meter of late.

The Orvis Economy scissors kick butt. I have anvils and Dr. Slicks and I allways go back to the orvis scissors.
