We'll have to see how it turns out this weekend, but would anyone want a deep fried turkey injected with onion, garlic and green chili? Gotta test it on the loved ones first.

1. Dana - Chipotle Pork Loin x 2 -VIA FEDEX
2. Homemade Tomatillo salsa and some dessert
3. Tony's famous Brisket
4. Biscy's slaughtered pig out of Cache Valley, Utah (grass-fed only)
5. Dessert most likely cheesecake.
6. Seldom - Brauts
7. Rusty-Pulled pork, buns and BBQ
8. Chief - sumtin
9. Philthy - Deep fried turkey

Come on guys... who else is coming to the potluck? Lets feast and party...

Well guys, I just pulled the trial deep fried turkey out of the cooker and as my Cajun uncle says...."so good you'd want to slap yo mamma". Never figured that out as I'd never ever think of something like that, but it's damn good! I'll have ours for the pot luck cooked the night before we come up.
