Flagstaff rain fall

The company I work for is building a new theatre in Flagstaff. They are having a hard time getting the foundation pored. Because of the summer rains. Has there been more rain this year? And if so does Lower Lake Mary still have enough water in it and the lakes by Williams.

Lots of trout in the lower lake. Early and late, right after the afternoon rains has been good.
