Boats at Hurricane
I might be able to bring a 10' pelican boat to Hurricane. Do I have to get a boat permit or does the 40 dollars cover that? Also is there a decent place to launch it. It's light enough to carry.

There is no "beach" to speak of but people have launched canoes and aluminum boats in the past

There is a launch down by the dam.
Your boating is included with the permit.
