I've got something similar and it works well....

I've got something similar and it works well. Cooler and you can use the oars without chafing. On hot days, I just dunk it in the lake and wear it wet.

Yes, they have closed off access to the area right below the dam due to homeland security issues. The ranch is just below that and that's always been restricted. Best to just get out and explore....

Does Fort Lews still allow bow hunting on the base grounds? In the late 60's, I went bear hunting there with my cousin before he deployed to 'Nam. Got a real nice one.
