Hi Joe - Been searching the forum this morning on Black River AZ info and your input is solid. Was hoping you could give a small assist. I'm taking a couple 12 and 16 year olds there this weekend for an intro into fly fishing. I'm not looking for a secret spot or fly as I want this to be part of experience, but might you know if the water is better between 3-Forks and Diamond Rock or Buffalo Crossing and Wildcat for beginners? We plan to wet wade (no waders) and backpack in to set up a base camp. Would like to avoid the Diamond Rock to Buffalo Crossing section as right next to the road. Greatly appreciate any information you are comfortable sharing. Thanks Payson4 (Rob)
