| AZFAT Administrators reserve the right to remove ANY post that they find inappropriate, regardless of whether or not the reason is included on this list:
Disclaimer; Anyone can enter AZFLYANDTIE.COM (AZFAT) and read posts. In order to make posts you must register. Registration to AZFAT is simple and free of charge. The administrators and moderators of AZFAT endeavor to keep all unacceptable messages off of this forum. However, it may be impracticable for AZFAT to review all messages posted. It must be noted that all messages posted express the views of the author and are not necessarily the views of AZFAT, the administrators nor the moderators. AZFAT will not guarantee the accuracy of the content of any post. AZFAT shall not be held responsible for the content of any message. AZFAT gives equal consideration to all members without regard to race, creed, color, national origin, gender, age, marital status, disability nor veteran status. Forum Rules If you do not address everyone on the board with respect, be prepared to lose your membership. Language - We are a family friendly site and inappropriate language will not be tolerated. This includes abbreviations, using special characters/spacing or any other measures to circumvent the censored words. Obscene material is not permitted, nor are links to websites containing such material or anything deemed inappropriate for minors Hot spotting / Honey Holes - We understand that many public places are considered honey holes by members. We have a forum for this called The Honey Holes - The Spot to Report Without Naming Names. If a report is posted that you feel is a honey hole, please use the Report Post feature and the staff can address the issue - Move it to Honey Holes, or more. Reports from bloggers - While we recognize that blogs are part of the internet landscape, reports should be posted on AZFAT, not just a link to your blog. Yes, you can post a link at bottom of report, not ONLY a link No Trolling - Trolling threads and posts will not be tolerated. Trolling is defined as making inflammatory posts, lacking in substance pertaining to the thread topic, simply to elicit a negative emotional response from the thread participants. Administrator discretion applies. Being that, by their very nature, they contribute nothing positive but rather celebrate the negative direction a thread may have taken, "IBTL" posts and their ilk are considered trolling. - While debating and discussion is allowed, AZFAT will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks, threats or purposeless inflammatory posts. - As a registered member of AZFAT you affirm that you will not post any messages that are vulgar, obscene, sexually orientated, hateful, threatening, or in violation of any laws of any North American country. Do not question moderation policies/actions in the forums - If you have a disagreement with a moderator (If your thread gets deleted, if you get a warning, etc.), DO NOT post your complaint publicly on the forums. If you have a problem with an administrator's actions, PM or email the administrator. We take all complaints seriously, but posting your dissatisfaction publicly will result in a rule violation. - AZFAT requests that all members refrain from posting any message considered meaningless, very short or non-sense. If you express an opinion, please support that opinion with facts and useful information. - Political and religious topics are questionable because they degrade so quickly. We would suggest refraining however as long as discussion remains civil, and in the 'Off Topic' forum, it will be allowed. - Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your post count is not allowed. - Advertising and spamming is not allowed. This includes using the forum email and private message system to spam other members. - Posts that are sexual in nature are not allowed. - Discussions of illegal activities are not allowed. - Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed. Multiple accounts with the same IP address will be banned. - Promotional text for a commercial product or service IS allowed, provided there are no prices of products or services listed unless the price is specifically asked for in the previous post. - AZFAT does not allow members to post threads or to send private messages or emails to users that advertise or solicit any products or services. Explicit advertising in signatures is also prohibited. It is only allowable if the product or service is discussed as a direct answer to a previous post. Links in signatures must adhere to the following guidelines; - Linking to a commercial product or service is allowed. - Promotional text for a commercial product or service is allowed, provided there are no prices of products or services listed. - A link and promotional text for a site that is not commercial and does not contain products and/or services is allowed, provided the site is not sexual or does not violate AZFAT community standards. Duplicate links to the same URL in a signature are not allowed. The above rules cover most common situations; however, they cannot anticipate every situation. Consequently, AZFAT reserves the right to take any actions it feels is appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way. We have an infraction system for dealing with rule breaking-situations in a consistent manner. Image Posting Posted images, either in the gallery or in the forums, must be clean, G-Rated and in good taste. Advertising is not allowed. Images posted by HTML, by link, etc... must not exceed 600 pixels in length. AZFAT reserves the right to delete images that exceed this limit. Rulings The AZFAT team shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate its forum standards, rules and regulations. AZFAT reserves the right to remove unacceptable posts without notice. AZFAT also reserve the right to ban any member who willfully violates the forum rules. The decisions and rulings of AZFAT are final. The above rules and regulations are subject to change without notice. |
