Josho, I like that pearl fish scale, I've never seen that. I need to get some, I already have some ideas for that or it could be another of the (have no idea how many) stuff in my desk I thougt would be cool. Nice fly by the way.

Kind of ambitious for only giving myself 30 minutes to tie and photograph.

All nice bugs that I'm sure will catch a bass..... Josho got my vote this week although if Josh (Mr Smith) would of made it in on time would of been a good one to vote on too.

I voted for the Clouser this week, but I was really hoping somebody would tie a dahlberg diver.

Wow, some great looking flies again this week. I love Flying2Ties color and shapes - it is great! And the streamers are beautiful. But Jockc and MsMerize spun some wicked hair.
They may not get the votes going up against all that "bass-bling," but not because they don't have the skill to spin some hair and trim it properly. Jojackc, that is an great fly. Wish you see MsMerize's in person, it is excellent, too.

AZFF has fish scale in Pearl and Black. I LOVE the stuff. Have been using it on all my Salty flies and even a few freshwater here and there...
I had to go with JDub's fly. MrSmith would have got my vote as well if he had been in on time... But great ties all around.

Thanks guys! Wish I would have made it. Spent the evening finishing up signing a new lease and moving the first load of stuff. Got home around 7:50.

I liked Josho's fly too, but that clouser was pretty much perfect so I had to pull the trigger on it.
Good ties guys. This was a great category Schlitz. Would have participated but I was driving back from Vallecito and the Juan.

Yeah, we all have our crosses to bear right?
It's my birthday though so I deserved some good fishing. Wasn't too shabby either. Only got about 5 fish (a couple on dries) before 3pm, but between 3:30 and 5 I caught about almost a dozen more. Mostly on the LEEEEEEECH!
