Need info on Sink tip running line

I got ahold of some Amnsia Running line and I am setting it up to go on a shooting head lines. My question is; I want to connect approx 100ft of the Amnsia Running line onto the backing I already have on my reel but it is different that a flyline so should I use a nail knot or a duncun knot or what?

For the running line to the shooting head I have a braided loop.

I think an Albright knot might be good but I don't have alot of experience with Amnesia. Just an educated guess.

Yes, I found out that the Albright knot was perfect for this use.
