Nearing the end of Rim country Tiger Safari's...
Dec 06, 2018 - 8:24 AM - by david vaughn
Well, with pretty much nothing to do yesterday afternoon, I opted to take a little drive up on to the Rim and check icing on Woods and Willow Springs. The Rim Road is fairly free of snow/ice/slush, and is passable with a 2WD vehicle. A friend suggested not taking the entire FR 300 Road, unless I had 4WD due to the amount of snow/ice/slush/mud throughout the entire 40+ miles of roadway. ”The study, led by Prof Eric Verspoor, found four genetically, ecologically and visually distinctive species that have evolved in the loch over the last 10,000 years.

One of the species, a “Profundal Benthivore", has not as yet been reported to occur in any other loch in the brown trout's native range.“

U-40 cork sealer
Nov 28, 2018 - 9:50 PM - by AJacks
Does anyone seal their cork with this stuff? How has it worked for you?

Also I have a small chunk missing in the cork on one of my rods... about as big around as a pencil eraser but not as deep... what can be done to fix it? Or should I just get some fine sandpaper and smooth it out some?

Lower Salt River
Apr 04, 2018 - 1:47 PM - by Bucksnort
I see so much information about the lower Salt, I don't know which way is up or down.

Will someone tell me where I can go to wade the river and when to go? I know I can wade at the parking area near the bridge on the Bush highway.
